Meet Sadie, a German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix. She was born around March 2021 and weighs about 67 lbs. She loves her humans and her pet siblings. She will spend hours playing with other dogs or getting pets. She is curious about cats but runs away from them if they get angry with her. She is good with toys/food and does not show any signs of resource guarding with dogs or humans. She enjoys a good chew toy, especially with treats hidden inside. She is on the high-energy side and would benefit from having another dog to play with and a yard to run around. Otherwise, you will find her running around the house and begging her humans for pets. She does a good job walking on a leash. She is house trained, crate trained, and rides well in the car. She is easy to bathe and get her nails clipped. She has occasionally shown signs of separation anxiety and will likely need another dog as a companion when left alone. She is generally good with older kids, but she is still a puppy and does not know how big she is. She needs adult supervision around kids. Sadie is young and will need continued socialization and an experienced leader in the family who can provide firm but loving boundaries. She has had basic training, but more would benefit her and your bond with her. She loves her humans and is easy to train. Continual training is a must for her with consistency and patience.
