Description:
BONDED PAIR - ADOPTERS NEEDED! We pulled these gorgeous creatures from City of Portland Animal Control, and they are currently in foster care. Meet SADIE (German Shephard) and LOLA (Australian Shephard)! Both are believed to be between 1 and 2 years old. This was a neglect case, so both were surrendered by the owner.

Lola is what is known as a Double Merle, which is a dog that inherits two merle genes. She is both blind and deaf, though she has shown signs that she can see shadows. She stays glued to Sadies side most of the time, but she does love other dogs as well. This gives Sadie a much-needed job to do, and she loves it. Both absolutely LOVE humans, and extremely well-behaved and sweet. We feel any family will be lucky to have these two as new family members.

If you have any additional questions about Sadie or Lola, please feel free to reach out to us via FB Messenger or through info@truerescue.org. If you are interested in applying, just fill out the adoption application below. We really look forward to putting these girls into a loving, stable home where they can find the futures that they so deserve.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
