Meet Cleo!

Cleo was saved at the last moment from our county animal control. She is the most beautiful example of the noble German Shepherd breed, but came into our care with a severe bacterial infection and multiple mammary masses. She’s gentle and oh so intelligent; friendly with people and currently living with a cat in her foster home. We also feel she could live with another dog but we have not provided her with a dog-to-dog meeting as of now. Cleo is getting the vet care she needs and is improving daily. She’s 8 years old and about 70 pounds. Her ideal home is with an owner that has experience with the breed and the capability to help Cleo reach her full potential. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
