Jamie has been doing really good in all aspects. Shes met new people, especially this weekend and has been very good-she still gets excited and needs reminding to sit and wait for petting but once the petting starts she melts onto the floor belly up waiting for more and this was from people she just met! She went to see the fireworks with Kasha and me, that was exciting for her but she handled it beautifully and had no apprehension about the noise, lights, smells and people and seemed a little bummed when they were done and we headed back.

Yes, shes still waiting for her forever home. She needs a leader and rules but shes not destructive, house broke and give her a toy and shell entertain herself for hours tossing it then chasing itshes pretty amusing watching her and her utter joy of life. Shes getting over her fear of men so any man interested in her she needs to meet to see if shes a fit. Once she decides youre her human she loves with everything shes got and she has a lot of love to give! Shes a high energy gal so anyone looking for a hiking, biking, long walk partner this is your girl. She does currently live with a male and female GSDs and they get along fine, love to play together and when my daughter brings her Pitt they have tons of fun playing together. Shes not a resource guarding girl (only time I saw that was in the beginning and it was me she was resource guarding, which I let her know that was not okay), since she doesnt do that. Shes a great dog that loves life and her family and has had a lot of training while being here. Shed make a great family dog with older kids (young ones are too exciting), but a high school-age teen would be great for her.
