Leia is a cutie with a spotted tongue, one ear up/one down combo and the most expressive eyebrows!

She is a large girl at 75lbs but is a big baby! She has only been in one home and coming to our rescue was a big change for her! 

Leia is a little nervous when first meeting new people, but it doesnt take long before she is your loyal buddy. She is very playful, snuggly and loves to give kisses! She gets along well with our other large dogs and has been submissive to all of them but she hasnt figured out how to play with them. She would be happy to have a large dog sibling or be the only pup in your home. She met our cats, but has a prey drive and we were told she has chased cats in the past so a home without kitties is a must. 

We are looking for a fun, active home where she could go hiking or on other adventures with her person. Leia is a young, active girl who really wants to please. She is already housebroken, loves her crate (its her safe space) and she does well in a car!  She gets very excited when you first come home and tends to jump up (which we are working on), and she could benefit from some continued training. Because of this, we think a home with older kids or no children would be best. After her initial excitement when you get home, she does calm down and will lounge on the couch to watch tv. She just needs some exercise to be a happy, well-behaved girl!

Leia is 2 years old, spayed and up to date on vaccines and microchipped so she is ready to be adopted immediately.
