In shelter Dog

Winston Salem, NC, 27107
Pet name:
German Shepherd Dog
White / Cream
Coat length:
Dolly is a beautiful white GSD. She and her best friend were running on a busy road and her best friend was hit and killed. Dolly stayed with her best friend, until animal control came and picked up the body, at which time, they also brought her to the shelter. At the shelter, she was so scared and shut down.

Dolly is an AMAZING dog! She LOVES people, other dogs and is curious of cats and will chase, if given the chance. Dolly needs an experienced GSD owner. She is reactive if someone she does not know, in her pack, reaches to pet her (a stranger) and is protecting her person. She is an active girl, who is strong as an ox. She would be great with another dog, her size. GSD experience is required.

Dolly is current on all vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped. She is housetrained. Dolly has become an ACF favorite, for sure! She is very loyal and truly the best dog!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
