Saint Cloud, MN, 56303
Pet name:
German Shorthaired Pointer
Ella is an 11 year old German Short Hair/Springer Spaniel mix. She is a retired pheasant hunter, loves to lay around, take naps, and is the best snuggler in town. Even in her old age she has some pep in her step and loves to go for walks. Ella is always on her best behavior, and never gets into anything she isnt suppose to. She is very obedient and loves lots of attention from her family. She is completely house trained, can go 10-12 hours alone during the day, and is never kenneled. She is truly the sweetest girl. She is good with other cats and dogs, and ideally would do best in a home with older kids. A home with lots of love, and endless snuggles will be the best for this old lady to live out her golden years.

Age: 11

Adoption Fee:

As a rescue, we provide the care, procedures and testing that is available to us.

Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.)

Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine, heartworm test and microchip.

$50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dogs veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test, a microchip, and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal.

Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons as stated by a veterinarian and we will require proof of that recommendation. Thank you for understanding our mission to reduce overpopulation.

Once you submit your application, our adoption manager will be in touch, so please check your spam folder if you do not see something from us within 7-10 days.

Thank you again for your interest in a Grey Face senior. We appreciate your support!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
