Description:
Mama piggy Debra arrived at Lunas House with her three very young daughters in February of 2021. A "Teen Mom" herself, we think Debra was only about 5-6 months of age when she gave birth.

Debra & her daughter Lumen were adopted back in December of 2021 but recently found their way back into our care due to allergies. They are a bonded pair of spayed females. Debra is now estimated to be around 2.5 years old and Lumen is a little over 1 year old (as of July 2022).

This mother/daughter duo are a little shy but sweet ladies. They are hopeful that their second attempt at a forever home will be their last.

If you would be interested in adopting guineas from Lunas House, please take a moment to fill out an online adoption application at the following link:

http://lunashouse.org/formphp.html

Once we have received and approved your completed application, we can
schedule a time for you to come meet with available piggies. You will be coming to our Animal Care and Education Center, located at 2801 Pulaski Highway in Edgewood, MD.

The adoption fee for a pair of spayed females is $120. The adoption fee is a donation meant to help us offset part of the cost of caring for the animals you are adopting while they are with us, including veterinary exam, spay or neuter surgery, fecal check, food, bedding, etc. Collection of adoption fees helps us to continue to help animals in need.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
