Ruby - in Wellesley
Hi I’m Ruby, a purebred Havanese little girl. I’m precious just like the jewel I’m named after. I’m gentle, sweet and a little reserved until I get to know you. I’m also really playful with my foster fur siblings. I’m even silly sometimes! I will need another dog in my home.

I’m making good progress on housetraining. I’m a good walking buddy and I do really well in the car. I’m very smart and curious so I just need a patient person who is willing to work with me on new skills, and a calm, quiet home. I am still working on learning to trust people, but I do like to follow my people around and sit by their feet.

I am 6 years old, spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations. I’ve been fully vet checked and I’ve had a dental. I will be adopted at my foster home in Wellesley, MA near Boston, and my adoption fee will be $450. If you think I am your perfect companion, please go to the HALO website and fill out the Adoption Questionnaire: www.rescuedhavanese.org. Please do not apply if you do not have another dog or a fenced yard since these are requirements.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
