Hi my name is Elsa. I was sadly surrendered to the shelter and now I really want to find a home. I have a lot of energy and I know I act a bit like a puppy at times but I can be such a good girl with the right family. I get so excited to be with people and just want to be out of the shelter. I would really like to find my new home where I will always be loved. 

If you would like to meet me please contact the shelter on Facebook message, by calling (715)-284-0251, or you can stop by the shelter any day except Tuesdays and Sundays from 1pm-4pm. The shelter staff can also set up a time for you to meet me if the regular hours dont work...  I really hope to meet you soon.
