Hello humans!!! My name is Oak, but I also go by Oakey, mama, Oakster, Olly Olly Oaksen free, I am quite shy when you first meet me, i have quite bad anxiety when it comes to strangers so I do shake, BUT! When I do warm up I looooove pets! Right now I sleep in the bed with my owner but I am crate trained, Im very picky about my food so please dont think Im sick when I dont eat, I eventually do after a couple hours, I do love to cuddle up on your bed or couch with you though! When Im outside I immediately get the zoomies! So if you want a pup who is shy at first but super lovable, Im your girl! Meet Oak, a timid, but extremely sweet girl. Oak came from a hoarding situation where she and 21 olher dogs were found tied to outdoor structures after her owner passed away! She loves playing outside and gets along very well with her resident foster dog. Oak will require a home with a fenced backyard as she is not yet a huge fan of the leash. She will bark to communicate to you that she needs to go out, and appears to be fully house-trained! Oak is roughly 50lbs, and we believe she is a young adult (somewhere between 2-4 years old). If you have a little patience and a lot of love, Oak may be a perfect match and be a wonderful companion for any family! Interested in meeting sweet Oak? Visit www.fluffanimalrescue.org/adoption-application to begin the process. Her adoption fee of $300 includes her Spay, microchip and registration, all vaccines and preventatives to date.
