Meet Durby!

Durby is a 8 month old (DOB 1/23/22) lab mix the rescue acquired as a result of an owner surrender. Durby had Parvo and needed costly vet attention that the owners could not afford. She gets along well with other dogs and is sweet with people and so affectionate. Durby is currently 40 pounds and a bit underweight due to having had Parvo. She should mature to ~50 pounds. If you are living in a condo or apt and have weight restrictions on pets please be aware that we can not guarantee adult size! She is black with perky ears, very cute! She has just been spayed is ready to travel.

Durby is currently in TN but will be transported north to New England for adoption. The adoption donation is $400 which includes a health certificate and costs for her transport north.

*Unless stated otherwise, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, on flea/tick product and heartworm prevention medicine (if older than 5 months) and micro chipped prior to adoption.

*Please note that while we do our best to accurately state the breed or breed mix of a dog, we often have very limited information to draw from. Identifying the breed without pedigrees and information on heritage can be very challenging!

If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please go to www.angelsamongusanimalrescue.org and fill out an online adoption application. Thank you!

Massachusetts Residents: Effective September 28, 2017 a Quarantine Fee of $100 will be required (in addition to the adoption fee) to adopt a dog that has been Quarantined. Massachusetts mandates that all dogs entering MA shall be quarantined for 48 hours in a state approved facility.
