Zayla is a happy and playful girl! She has been through a rough start in life and can be shy at first. However, it does not take her long to warm up to people. Zayla loves her humans, gentle with children, and good with dogs of all sizes. She is doing very well in her foster home and ready for her forever home. She started some leash training and is learning at a good pace. She is crate-trained and doing well on her housetraining. Zayla rides well in the car and can wait patiently while her foster mom runs errands. Zayla loves her brother, Zamir, they can be adopted together or separately.

ZAYLA’s Rescue Story

Poor Zayla and her siblings were living on the streets as stray dogs and there are no shelter and food. They were surviving on garbage and hid behind bushes to keep themselves safe. A volunteer for TNR (Trap / Neuter / Return) groups caught them. TNR groups specialize in getting stray animals spayed and neutered and the dogs are returned to their original location to live as homeless dogs. TNR programs help with the overpopulation of unwanted animals.

Zayla is such a lovely puppy. The volunteer was sad to see her living on the streets. He reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to help with some of the dogs that are scheduled to be return back to the streets. The founder of the rescue organization has over 150 dogs waiting for homes. However, she could not bear to see them going back to the mountain and suffered on the streets. She agreed to take Zayla and her siblings back to her home and give them a chance in life.

Zayla had a thorough medical checkup. She had been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on her blood tests. Please give Zayla a loving forever home where she will not be left alone again.
