Ideal Home/Adopter: Mandie is very sweet, but very SCARED. She is still learning to trust people. She would do best in a calm home and if there was a calm dog that could help her learn how to be a dog, even better. Since she is still learning to trust she would do best with older kids. She does chase the cat in her foster home, but we think she could be trained to not chase them. She walks on a leash but is still learning how to properly walk on a leash as lots of things scare her. She is house trained, but does not know sit or down. She is protective of the toys she takes into her crate and will only eat in her crate. She is currently on anxiety meds to help with her transition out of the shelter. She will need a very patient owner, but she will love you.

Likes: Mandie spends most of her time in her crate. She does love taking all the toys into the crate with her.

Dislikes: She is scared of anything or anyone new or loud noises.

What makes this dog special: Mandie is very sweet. She so wants to be apart of the family, she just needs time to adjust.

Mandies adoption fee is $350. All fees include spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, worming, flea and heartworm current. All dogs over 6 months of age have been tested and are heartworm negative.
