Phoebe is a 4-month-old Labrador Retriever mix puppy, weighing 24 pounds (on 10.6). She is healthy and has had all three set of puppy vaccines. She is very friendly, affectionate, and sweet. She is goofy, lively, and loves to play in water. Be aware that shes a puppy and chews and has sharp teeth and nails. Phoebe would do best to go to a home with a fenced in yard or to a large SAFE property where she can get the exercise she needs.
