Maggie is a 3 year old lab mix that is heartworm positive. If there are other dogs or children in the household we recommend they meet before the adoption. We also recommend you contact your vet about heartworm treatment. Maggie is receiving treatment here, however it is owners responsibility after adoption. Maggie will be spayed and fully vaccinated before leaving BCAS.
