Brooklyn is a beautiful 4-year-old female Lab mix. She is sweet and curious. She can be shy of new people. She is house trained. She knows the commands sit and paw. She is working on leash etiquette. She quite agile and can scale a 4 foot fence, so she would need to be supervised outdoors and have a home with a tall fence. She LOVES being with her people and her ideal home is with people who are home often. She does get anxious when her people are not around. She has lived with another dog and loves when the human grandchildren visit on weekends. She weighs 40 pounds and is microchipped. She is available to meet by appointment ONLY. We believe you can always teach an ‘old’ dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dogs mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship. This pup, like all pups should be on heartworm preventative, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption form, downloadable from our website: https://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/adoption-request-form/ and return it per instructions.
