Emmie Joe is a very vocal, sweet and food driven older lady. She loves to be pet, but only on her own terms and for short periods of time. Anytime you have food for her, she likes to paw at you. She likes to eat up high on a table. She also likes to nap up high as well and even in hidden spots. She loves her blankets. She is long haired, so daily grooming is a must to prevent hair knots and to keep her fur coat beautiful! She would not do well in a home with other dogs or young children. Emmie Joe just needs her space sometimes, as well as lots of love! She does not play much. She prefers to lounge and observe
