Momma Moon is the mother to the Planetary Puppies that were adopted to wonderful families a couple month ago.  She was a wonderful and attentive mother.  She did her job well and, now, it is her turn.  Moon had puppies at her home, but took her puppies to a neighbor.  The neighbor called Animal Services to collect her and her puppies.  Animal Services called her family, but they never came.  Thats when Bridges to Safety stepped in.

Moon is a beautiful brindle Mastiff and Hound mix, moderate energy and very smart and eager to please.  She is about 2-3 years old, relaxed, and content in the house, but is very excited to be outdoors.  Moon is leash trained, crate trained, gets along well with other dogs, recalls well, rides well in the car, is microchipped, spayed, and up-to-date on vaccines.  She has been to Tractor Supply and has done well in unfamiliar surroundings.  Moon will require a 6-foot fence as she definitely likes to hunt squirrels and other small prey.  She has not been cat tested but has a mild personality and would probably do well as long as the cat is dog friendly.  Moon is about 55 pounds and super sweet. Unless you are strong, active, and willing to walk at least a half hour 2 to 3 times a day you must have a fenced in yard. She has not been around toddlers to our knowledge.
