Suzette can be timid mostly because the shelter is a scary place for some pups - especially if they were previously in a safe home. Here is what our photo team told us, "Suzette is a lovely brown dog with the sweetest face and eyes. She is possibly house trained, of low to medium energy, and is easy to leash and walk. Suzette knows the sit command and will do so for treats which she takes gently. With those she knows and trusts, Suzette is downright cuddly." Shes met some other dogs too. We think this girl just needs to feel safe at home with you.
