The Marshall County Animal Shelter is the proud recipient of two national awards; the Humane Education Achievement Award, and the Paws to Recycle Program for community support. 

Shelter hours are Monday, Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00AM to 4:00PM, Tuesday CLOSED and Sunday from 12:00PM to 4:00PM. Telephone: 304-845-9770.

Dog adoption fees are as follows:
Seniors: $100
Adults: $160
Puppies: $175

This includes spay/neuter surgery, microchip, Bordetella/DHLPP/Rabies vaccinations, heartworm testing for dogs over 6 months of age, intestinal parasite testing, deworming, flea & heartworm prevention and 30 days of free 24 Pet Watch Pet Insurance.
