Description:
Samantha had a bit of a rough start by raising 9 puppies in an already overcrowded home, but she didnt that get her down. She is active, playful and great on leash, but her favorite thing is to be close by her people. We think Samantha is a puggle which makes her a great size at 20lbs, so she is not too big and not too small. Do you have a open spot in your home where Samantha could have a new beginning?

Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard.

If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home.

HOW TO APPLY: From the UAF website, select the Apply for Adoption button on the dog page or open the listing of your chosen dog and select the Apply for Adoption button. If using Petfinder.com, please click the More About Us Button and that provides a link to our website. From there either select the Apply for Adoption button on the dog page or open the listing of your chosen dog and select the Apply for Adoption button.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
