I had occasion this afternoon to visit with a couple of the dogs in rescue with another foster.  It is always difficult to write about dogs that youve never met, even with bullet points from the foster or surrendering owner.  

First up - Harper Blue - what a sweet girl!  She came out and met me with kisses and body wags!  Miss Harper is a four year old blue Neapolitan Mastiff, weighing in at 125 lbs, she is very true to her breed.  She loves the humans but can be a little pushy as with most Neos.  She is doing well in the pack she is being fostered in and is generally a very happy girl. 

She will need an owner that is experienced with giant breeds, preferably Neapolitans, but any giant breed experience will be helpful.
