Our pets are physically located in North Carolina until they are adopted. Once adopted we can transport to you. We have a cost effective transporter who will be happy to transport for you.

LeeLou came from a high intake kill shelter in Georgia. She is around 2 years old. She is a pit mix. She currently is around 60 pounds. She is an absolutely awesome people dog. She loves people of all ages. She is good with other dogs as long as there are no food involved. She can get bossy at feeding time with other dogs. This is a result of having to compete for food in her former home. She has NO guarding or aggression issues with people. I can put my hand in her bowl, take food away with no issues. She will need a home with no cats. She is an active dog who needs a home with a fenced yard or an active owner who will provide stimulation and exercise every day. She would be a great hiking and camping partner. She loves doing the local trails with me. You will not find an more devoted friend.

This sweetie will go to the new home current on vaccines, deworming, flea prevention, heartworm prevention and microchipped, spayed! This girl will receive a certificate of health issued by our vet prior to transport. The adopter will get all the health records with adoption.

We require a prescreen application to adopt. You can get that on our main website at\xa0www.saveamuttkennel.net

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
