RESCUING PANCAKE

This sweet girl arrived at animal control in urgent condition, with a double prolapse - both vaginal and rectal. She is also heartworm positive. Despite her obvious discomfort, she is incredibly friendly. Without medical intervention her situation was dire, so she needed to get out ASAP. We worked quickly and our fosters came together to help her.

ABOUT PANCAKE

Pancake has overcome many obstacles! She is doing well in her foster home learning basic training but still will need continued obedience training. She loves her food so training will be a breeze with food motivation. Pancake has a sweet disposition and enjoys hanging out with her family. She is crate and house trained. Her prey drive has her feeling dominant so would do better with a submissive pup in the family and a home with no cats. She has done well with children but would recommend older children due to her food motivation. She is more actively trying to grab out of your hand. A funny quirk that her foster family said was that she was able to step on the car window buttons and accidentally rolled them down! This girl just needs consistency and patience in her new home with a loving family. She needs a family to show her how it feels for someone to care about her. Is that you?

ADOPTING PANCAKE
