Friendly Frankie is a new girl on the block. She was left behind by her previous owner and brought to the shelter by our friends at the New Rochelle Police Department on Labor Day but not before crashing their holiday BBQ and having herself a burger and hotdog! Frankie has been a real sweetheart here and has met several dogs including a 10lb chihuahua and she has always been respectful. Frankie thinks its fun to chase cats so a home with no feline friends is a must. Frankie seems to have an old injury or birth defect with her front leg causing it to bow, it dose not seems to slow her down or cause any discomfort.
