Betty is the sweetest, most wiggly girl in all the land! Her story with ACCT Philly began on August 3rd after she was found wandering the streets as a stray. Her finder kept her for two hours and described her as being super friendly. She definitely lives up to that and is super eager to meet every human and canine alike. If you have a resident dog, please bring them to the shelter to meet her - they surely will become best pals! 

Betty is super affectionate and would love endless cuddles and pets! Please come to the shelter to meet her!
