Penny is a sweet puppy that was rescued along with her siblings from Tijuana. Pennys siblings have been adopted, and now shes waiting for her furever home!

Penny is a total love bug who loves to play and cuddle. She has beautiful hazel eyes, a cute little smile, and the softest coat! She was a bit shy at first, but shes getting more and more confident every day. She plays really well with her foster buddy Dobby. Were not sure of her breed, but she is possibly a mix of chihuahua and terrier.

Penny is about 3 months old, and will likely stay under 25 pounds when full grown.
