Meet Velma! This little girl came to us after another rescue closed down and left their 90+ animals to fend for themselves in rows and stacks of cages. She was immediately adopted from us, but recently returned because she was playing too rough with their older dog. She is very small and high energy, so would love an active family or a younger dog to play with.
