Poor Trixie was found as a stray three times and taken to an open intake shelter when we rescued her. Her owners did not reclaim her.

Trixie is a super sweet 8-year-old miniature schnauzer who is great with other dogs. She is on heart medicine, including Vetmedin and Lasix and is recovering from neglect and lack of good nourishment. She is about 18 lbs and is chipped and heartworm and fecal tested negative. She does have a heart murmur and also is on 2 eye drops 2x/day. She is spayed, just got a dental, heartworm and fecal tested negative, up to date on her shots, and microchipped.
