Meet Juniper! She’s an affectionate and playful girl. Juniper is a relatively easy going pup who enjoys belly rubs. She loves fishy treats and stuffy toys. Juniper loves meeting new people out on walks but will sometimes alert bark if a stranger approaches her home. She does best meeting new friends on neutral territory. Juniper is a new mom and hasn’t spent much time socializing with other dogs as she’s been taking care of her puppies. She has shown some reactivity to dogs while on leash.

Juniper has been making great progress with leash walking but does pull when excited. She is a prey driven gal and gets very excited at the sight of squirrels or raccoons. Juniper still needs to work on crate training as she is just getting back into normal dog life after caring for her puppies. She is fully potty trained. 

Juniper’s ideal home would be with a family who is home often and wiling to provide her with lots of walks, affection and play time. She will need a family committed to continuing her leash and crate training. Juniper has met the neighbour’s grandchildren and would be happy to share her forever home with children. Due to her prey drive, Juniper is looking for a cat free home.
