Description:
Chrissy was brought into the shelter with her 2 babies in tow. When the overcrowded shelter reached out to us we knew it was not the right environment to raise 2 babies. Even though we were packed to the brim and closed for intakes we had to take her in or risk her being euthanized for space due to the fact that no other rescues like to take in large breed dogs.

Chrissy is a sweet adult mixed breed dog. We arent quite sure what breed to be exact but she is sparkly white and super sweet. She knows sit, shake and wait. She is crate trained, house broken and loves belly rubs. We assume she was thrown out into the streets once her owners realized she was pregnant (as many owners do). If you want to give a sweet mama dog a new lease on life with her furever family it would be so awesome if we could secure a home for her before her babies.

Once she has weaned her babies completely she will be spayed and ready to go!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
