In shelter Dog

Washburn, MO, 65772
Pet name:
Rumor is a gorgeous, sweet puppy! Rumor and her littermates were found on a backroad near Ozark, scared, emaciated, and desperate for help. Their rescuers brought them home and, despite posting on various places to find their owners, no one claimed them so they were probably cruelly dumped and left to fend for themselves. We estimate their DOB to be around 6/22/21, so they are still very young, playful and at a great age to be trained and develop into wonderful companions!

She and her brother Cairo had the opportunity to be in a foster home for a week, and her foster mom told us that Rumor did great! She said that Rumor loves people and plays well with other dogs, but that she will hide if shes feeling overwhelmed by too many dogs or loud barking. Rumor learned how to use a doggie door very quickly and never messed up her kennel. She ""sat"" for treats and was a sweetheart!

We think Rumor would make a great addition to any family!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
