Meet Tootsie, an 8-month-old female Shepherd mix.
Tootsie is an adorable 30 pound girl. She has a lot of energy and can be a bit dramatic. Tootsie would love a home where she can get loads of love. When Tootsie arrived at the adoption center it appeared as if she has recently had an injury to her hind end. She does have some scabs on her back legs. Tootsie was very good with her handler. She is not leash trained but when you crouch down and talk she does well. Some confidence boosting love will go a long way.
