Description:
Pink is a survivor. She survived living in a hoarding house with 30+ other cats. We dont know much about how she found her way into that house but we know she isnt like other indoor house cats. Pink is always in flight mode and while she is living life in a foster home she hasnt yet been adopted. She is stunning. But unlike most cats, she prefers to stay to herself all the time. Her foster has said they know she is eating because the food dish is empty after each meal, they know she is using the litter box, because they clean it throughout the day; but as far as Pink engaging with people - that is rare. The last time she trusted a human they trapped her in a home with so many other cats fighting for the same thing. She lived in a home with widows locked and no access to freedom of fresh air, calming sounds of an owner who loved her. The cats never had proper care, no litter boxes being cleaned - instead they all went to the bathroom anywhere. Pink along with her house mates fought for the food they were given; so its understandable for the way she behaves. We know Pink deserves a home, where her behavior is understood, knowing it might take longer then a year for her to begin to trust her new family. Pink would do best in a cat experienced home; but we know a forever home is out there.
