Introducing Zoey! Zoey is a little pocket Pit. At 26lb shes on the smaller side of medium which makes her the perfect size! Shes about 1 yr old.

Zoey came from Memphis Animal Services. She was picked up stray at an area park. Unbeknownst to shelter staff Zoey was pregnant. She gave birth to 2 little angels by sadly both passed away.

Zoey was very stressed out at the shelter. The staff reached out to us to help Zoey and of course we agreed to help her.

Zoey is a very energetic girl. Shes super happy and loves people! Shes always on the go and needs an active family to keep up with her. She loves doing zoomies in the yard and playing with toys. Zoey is always up for an adventure! Shes definitely the life in the party.

Zoey also has a chill side and is learning about cuddles and snuggles. She thinks shes a lap dog so its good shes a small girl. Shell walk all over you until she finds the right *spot* then she melts into the couch or bed and is ready to relax.

Zoey is a very smart girl. She picked up crate training immediately and by day 2 was a master the doggy door. She does well in her crate and we recommend continuing to crate her when shes left unattended because thats the routine shes used to and it will make the transition smoother. Zoey is quiet in her crate as long as its covered or in a room with the lights off. If she thinks theres fun to be had and shes missing out she whines. She does ok on a leash but could use a little more practice to master it. She rides good in the car and is always up for fun! Shes definitely a companion dog.

Zoey would do best as an only dog. She gets along fine with dogs her size that are submissive but shed rather be the Queen of the castle. Zoey is not good with cats. We recommend she go to a home with children school age and up. Her enthusiasm might be too much for toddlers.

Zoey is up to date on vaccines, has been tested for heartworms and 5
diseases spread by ticks including Lyme, treated for internal parasites, spayed, microchipped, and on heartworm and flea and tick prevention.

Please email snowdengrovevet@yahoo.com to set up a meet and greet and to request an application.

Zoeys adoption fee is $250.
