Description:
Spud was surrendered to Tails High by an owner who didnt really understand cats and therefore didnt show her any love and attention to make her comfortable around people in a home environment. Spud can be very calm and curious but can also startle easily when there is a lot going on in the house. She likes other cats and even interacts with fellow foster kittens but she would do best in a home without small children or dogs so she can enjoy a more quiet space. Spud needs an adopter who will continue to work with her to build trust and allow her time to adjust to her new environment. To be considered as a prospective adopter please tell us how you think you can help Spud so she can live out her life with lots of care and love in your adoption application.

To be considered as a potential adopter, complete an adoption application at https://www.tailshigh.org/home/adoption-application/. Completing the application does not guarantee it will be approved.
We are an all volunteer group and unfortunately are unable to answer every phone call, adoption inquiry, or application.
Please understand you will be contacted only if your application is approved.

Because of the covid virus we have temporarily suspended our typical adoption activities. If you would like to be considered as a Foster to adopt candidate please complete an adoption application at https://www.tailshigh.org/home/adoption-application/ or reply to this post and tell us why youre looking to adopt. Each application is considered for approval on a case by case basis.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
