Tula was rescued after finding herself stuck under a fence and then in a rural shelter. Tula is one very sweet and happy kitty. She makes biscuits and purrs so happily. She wants a lot of attention and will follow you around like a puppy. Tula has scarring on her right eye which gives her a unique look but causes her no health issues.
