Portia is sweet and gentle. She is a bit reserved when you first meet her but warms up to being petted. She loves her sister Michelle. After having a home for most of her life, her family developed some health issues that meant they were no longer able to properly care for her, and she was returned to Cat Matchers. She is now looking for a home where she and her BFF Michelle can spend their golden years getting tons of love. Portia will come to you and ask for attention, loves being petted, and will make quiet mews to let you know shed like you to pay attention to her.

Portia was abandoned many years ago and left to fend for herself at a very young age and was found pregnant and underfed. She was brought into animal control in that condition and Cat Matchers rescued her and helped get her healthy. Portia loves the company of her sister and other cats and prefers a quieter home. She is spayed, current on vaccines and rabies and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV.
