You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Julep came to the shelter after she was found running loose in a rural area. We held her for the legal hold time and no one claimed her. We think shes 10 months - a year old and she appears to be some kind of scruffy terrier mix or maybe a schnauzer mix. Shes a medium sized girl who is happy, bouncy, and very active. She will be vet checked and spayed on Oct. 6th and her fee is $150.

Julep does do pretty well with male dogs. We do think she would be fine with children but have no way of knowing about cats. She will need some basic obedience training but she is bright and eager to please. She is a young dog and will require consistent exercise.

We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. Its exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.

We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventative, and spayed or neutered.
