Likes chonks of cucumbers, but never sliced! Nala snacked her way through the summer with local produce and likes strawberries too! Shell even wait at the fridge for her daily serving 

Though just 8 months ago, she was dumped at a southern shelter when her family moved, shes now soaking up her new lease on life in New England alongside her foster bro, Teeny. She recently had health scare and had mammary tumors removed and the testing came back as BENIGN so we are all celebrating for this special girl. She also had some cracked teeth removed and now that she is all patched up, she is so very deserving of a home.

Nala is best with a fenced yard, though she is a mature pup, she loves a good game of fetch and has some energy to burn. She enjoys a balanced life of play, rest, snuggle time and does well with her Fosters work schedule with play before & after and a let-out in-between. 

Nala is fostered in Gloucester MA and ready to meet you after you fill out the application. Her paperwork has discrepancies on age--vet aged her at 6 but the shelter at 11. We guess shes somewhere in-between but regardless, shes 50lbs of get up and go!

\tOur southern dogs, 6 months and older, come with a **Proheart 6 injection which provides 6 months of Heartworm protection (approx value of $100) 


**dogs surrendered to us in MA do not recieve the Proheart 6 injection but do go home dosed with flea / tick / heartworm preventative so there is no lapse in protection
