Notes: My history is a mystery, I am a stray from NYC. I am a little shy at first but very sweet.

Hello, it’s Joey and Petunia! We are a bonded pair and are in the top 0.0001% of the sweetest creatures on Earth. We love to touch noses, follow each other everywhere, play together, and we always choose to share a bed so we can cuddle.

We are great with people and we love to show affection! We both want to climb on your lap and fall asleep there. We also like to make meaningful eye contact with you and check on you throughout the day to make sure you’re OK.

Unlike puppies, we won’t eat your shoes, chew on important-looking wires, or bark a lot, and we stay quiet in our crate at night so you can sleep.

We are working on our leash skills and are crate trained but probably need a few pee pads in the house if you plan on letting us loose during the day; if you put them out, we use them! If you are patient, you can train us to only go outside. We are eager to please you.

We were found as strays in NYC and maybe have been through a lot so we would do best in a calm home with people who are kind and gentle like us.

Finally, we know that it is an act of generosity to adopt two dogs at once, but we will repay the kindness you show us a hundredfold. We have so much love to give to our forever family.

** Our foster mom has offered to help offset the cost of adopting both of us at once. We also come with two Martingale collars, a leash coupler, food bowls, and warm coats. **

There is an adoption process along with a donation.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
