Introducing Pina, a gorgeous young house-trained Weimaraner mix. Pina lives in a foster home with another dog and an 11-year-old child. She gets along great with both of them. This means Pina can live in a home with other dogs and kids! Pina would rather be outside all day, but she is working on her crate-training skills. She does well in a crate for a while and will hang out there for a couple of hours. This means you can go out and about running your errands knowing she is safe inside her crate. Pina is working on her leash-training skills and is coming along nicely. Pina could benefit from additional leash training and will make an excellent hiking or trail buddy once she gets the hang of it! Pina is also working on her obedience skills and obeys commands with treats! Pina might not have ever lived indoors and is getting used to it. With a little patience and encouragement Pina will soon adapt to the indoors. Pina likes petting, but she is not super cuddly. She likes to be petted behind the ears and on her chest. Pina will need patient pet parents to bring out the cuddliness in her. Pina will do great as a working dog, especially on a ranch. Pina is not a sit around and do nothing but sleep and couch cuddle dog. She is still learning to be a homebody, but she plays with the resident dog and loves her toys. Are you looking for a sweet gorgeous dog who would be equally adept as a working dog or homebody? Come meet Pina today!
