Flower is 11 yrs old, 9 lbs and full of sweetness. She has made friends with the other dogs in the home, Loves wandering around the house and yard, lounging on her many beds, and playing with her foster buddy Diggy.

Shes a fighter for sure, she had it rough when she was found wandering a neighborhood, skinny, matted and dirty. She also had mammary tumors removed, was in need of a dental and spay. She has a collapsing trachea, but is doing fine with it. 
Shes been all taken care of medically and is now doing great in her foster home.

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract.  The application to adopt can be found at

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with the foster to set up a  meet and greet. We are a foster based RESCUE, not a shelter. All of our dogs are in individual foster homes. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. 
For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.    

CAMO rescue is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing small dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill TX shelters.

AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
