Panther, 2 years old, neutered male, Pitbull mix, 56 lbs. He is in a foster home in San Antonio, TX and can transport to an approved adopter.
Panther is a higher energy, fun loving dog. He is very dog friendly and is currently in a home with several other dogs. Given his energy level, he would love another dog who wants to play. He can be a little too much at times for dogs who dont want to play as long as he does. Panther is easy to correct and will pick up on ques from other dogs.
He walks great on leash and loves to go on walks or run around the backyard.
He is kennel trained and house broken. He is not destructive in the house when left unattended. We recommend a crate for the initial transition.
Panther is in a home with smaller kids and does well with them. We think his ideal home would have older kids who will play with him, He can entertain himself with a squeaky toy and is very silly at times.
Panther is SUPER trainable and very eager to please. He is a happy boy who loves to explore.
The ideal home for Panther is a fenced yard with another dog to play with. A home that will utilize a crate to help with structure. He thrives off completing tasks! A home that is active so he can keep his body and mind engaged. He would love to go hiking, trails or other adventures.
We have no history with cats.
