Mr. Hank has 2 speeds, according to his foster. This black and white boy is playing and running at 100 miles an hour or he’s snoozing on the couch! He really gets into toys, especially interactive ones and puzzles. He enjoys having another dog to play with, although he’d definitely want to meet a resident dog first. Hank also thinks cat’s are A-OK but he’s not fond of the household pets with wings. He’s overall just a happy, happy boy and did I mention that he LOVES people?

Hank’s past has been spent with a single man who found him as a young stray. Unfortunately, his owner had to leave Hank at home in an apartment alone for long periods of time. Mr. Hank is now enjoying a full life at a foster home with a fenced in back yard and several other dog friends to play with. His leash manners are coming along well, he’s housetrained and a really smart guy!

Hank would love a new home with a fenced in yard – the joy on his face when he can run around unencumbered is amazing. He would also be happy with the right doggie playmate but being an only dog would be ok too. He can be a bit anxious with situations like going to the vet but we feel like a permanent home where he can have regular interactions with people and/or pets will help him live his best life ever. We believe Hank to be 6-7 years young!
