Blue is about 1 12/ years old. He is a neutered male heeler mix and weighs 58 lbs. Blue is a fun dog! He loves to play with the other dogs that he hangs with at the shelter, and he also loves a good game of catch or. fetch. He is friendly but takes a little while to warm up to some folks, and men make him nervous as do little kids. He is also potty trained but does have some anxiety in the crate if you leave him alone and he cant see someone. He arrived in Wisconsin on Oct 2, so get an application in today to be considered!

Our application process includes landlord approval and vet checks. PLEASE make sure all of your information is current and accurate, including a valid email address and phone numbers. Inaccuracies and/or incomplete data will delay and/or cancel your application.\xa0 We strive to process all applications in a timely manner.\xa0 You may be contacted via email if there are concerns or questions.\xa0 Once all of your information is reviewed and if your application is approved, you will be notified via email.\xa0 Submitting an application and receiving an approval does not guarantee you will be adopting the dog you applied for.\xa0 Once you move to the meet and greet process, you will be contacted by the foster family to further discuss the dog, and answer questions you may have, and if applicable, a meet and greet will be set up at our adoption center. \xa0 Meet and greets are only set up with approved applicants. WE REQUIRE ALL MEMBERS OF THE HOUSEHOLD TO BE PRESENT AT ANY MEET AND GREET. This \xa0includes any current dogs in the home. 

Current Adoption Fees Are:
$400+tax for puppies to 3 years old
$350+tax for ages 4-7
$250+tax for ages 8 and up
Bonded pairs vary

The adoption fee covers: spay/neuter, up to date age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, general deworming, heartworm test, (if over 6 \xa0months) and a certified veterinary inspection.

\xa0Submitting an application for a particular dog does not guarantee that you will be the applicant chosen, as we receive several applications for each dog.
