Hopper is a "Mini Aussie" who is about 18 months old. He has spent his whole life in a cage and was rescued from a puppy mill. He is still a little shy but with love and patience will be a great companion. He gets along with other dogs and another dog in the house would be best for him so he can learn what being a dog is about. He will need a home with a secure, completely fenced yard. Aussies are extremely smart, high energy, herding dogs and need to be active and mentally stimulated. Children in the home need to be 13 and older. He is crate trained, learning to walk on a leash and his house training is going well. All questions will be answered once we have an adoption application which can be found at petresqinc.org.
