Description:
Meet the beautiful 3 year old, 54 pound Brownie. Brownie has had a stroke of bad luck through no fault of his own. He was brought to the shelter by a person who was a family member of the owner on 09/17. They said they were moving and Brownie was not going with them. They refused to give any information and would not provide their ID before they dropped his leash and left. They did say he was afraid of some men. Brownie is a sweet but confused and scared boy right now. He will sit and stay and lay down when asked and takes treats gently. His coat is very soft and silky. Brownie does not deserve this and he hopes to find a new home very soon. Sadly since the people who dropped him off would not leave any information he had to sit for a 7 day stray hold. He is current on vaccines, neutered and micro-chipped. He tested negative for heart worms. Brownie is waiting to meet you in run 59 and his ID# is 639590

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
