Who has four legs and no thumbs? Thats me, Didums!! I wish I had thumbs... Hey, you know what I wish I had even more than thumbs?? A furever family to call my own! Could that be you? I am a young (2–3-year-old) beagle mix who loves to play with my tug of war toy or my tennis balls! I almost have potty training down, but just need a little more work! I also need help learning how to be comfortable in a crate. As of right now, it is so scary all I want to do is cry for my family. I need patience and additional training. I am doing okay on a leash, but could probably use some lessons in that area, too. I just want to learn and please you! I am very smart, as my foster family tells me. I would need a fenced in yard or a fenced dog park at an apartment complex to work out my puppy energy. I would do well with other dogs and children of all ages, but probably no cats. I also dont really like to be left alone a lot, and it may be better to steer clear of apartment complexes because I would hate for everyone to hear my cry in my crate before I get comfortable with one. I just need a safe hand to hold while I figure out how to behave properly for a family. I promise to catch on as quick as I can, and if youre ready to be mine and call me yours, fill out my application below! My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip! If youre interested in meeting/adopting me, please visit www.rescueonespringfield.com/our-adoption-process/adoption-application/ and fill out the form! We do adopt out of state with vet references and video home check. *Adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out* Dont forget to LIKE us on Facebook!-www.facebook.com/rescueonespringfield *Remember, dogs are pack animals.
